Submission
of Division Remediation Plan for Fiscal Year 2007-2008, Due Date: March 9, 2007 |
Regulation 8-VAC-20-630 (Attachment A) provides
standards for state-funded remedial programs and requires school divisions to
submit a remediation plan, record and report specified data pertaining to their
state-funded remedial programs, maintain an individual student record
indicating the students expected remediation goal, and annually evaluate the
success of these programs.
School
divisions are required to submit a remedial plan for summer remedial programs
operating during summer 2007, including programs planned for intersessions during the
2007-2008 school year for year-round schools. The required remediation
plan (Attachment B) must be submitted electronically no later than March 9,
2006, to Shelly.Bazemore@doe.virginia.gov,
for approval by the Virginia Board of Education.
