SUBJECT:	Final Regulations Governing Pupil Transportation

The process for revising the Board of Educations Regulations Governing Pupil Transportation concluded last fall with the final regulations being published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on December 15, 2003. The new regulations went into effect on January 14, 2004. These regulations are posted on the departments website at:
